Professional Development
  • Share iTeach-iLearn Classes with your staff and other iTiL schools.
  • Ensure all classes submitted to OIT have evaluation and attendance accurately completed prior to submission of timesheets to our office. We can not reimburse schools unless we have documented attendance and evaluation records.
  • Share www.oit.nycenet.edu website and offerings with your colleagues
    • Inform them that they can sign up for classes through the website or by visiting ProTraxx and placing iLead:, iCoach:, iTeach:, iLearn:, or iSite: in the title field and Instructional Technology for Department.
  • Sign up for borough liaison meetings by searching ProTraxx for OIT(M, X, R, K Q)
  • Inform your colleagues of the new iTiL PD timesheet procedure

iSquad
  • Email the number hours you plan to meet with your iSquad to cmazza4@schools.nyc.gov
  • Ensure your school iSquad Faculty Advisor and iTech Coach enroll in the February 29th or March 1st PD

Intel Institute
  • Don’t forget to sign up no for the Intel Institute for Coaches
  • Remind your teachers about the Intel Institute which they can register for by visiting Intel in the “iTeach/iLearn” Department or entering Activity Code 051-08-018-171. Let them know they can earn 3 graduate credits
